Tez is the masked leader of Aegis Cloaks, a top tier guild in the frontline army that fights in the unconquered Battlegrounds in the virtual world of Kensei Online. He is known throughout the world of KSO as Typhon's Champion, for his triumphant battle against the bugged boss. He is also known as the Standing Survivor because he is the last of the two players who survived the massacre caused by Typhon, the powerful boss who slaughtered his closest friend and every member of his original guild with the exception of him and the leader who soon after committed suicide from the depression.
Originally because of his social awkwardness, Tez was a solo player who would clear battlegrounds by hiding himself inside the ranks of the main army though not being part of it. He would eventually befriend Aria among other players, who
